Deeta and the Cyber Bots
Part of our Buddy Bots series, Deeta and the Cyber Bots is all about dealing with online bullying.
Follow Deeta as she navigates the online world, dealing with difficult situations involving online bullying from the Cyber Bots.
What will Deeta do? How will her friends help her?
A great way to explore the difficult but important topic of cyber bullying. Our flipbook puts Deeta in lots of different situations for you to discuss as a whole class or even a whole school.
It also covers the importance of having good friends and how easily we can make a situation online worse, simply by liking or sharing videos, messages and images that are created to hurt others.

Fill Your Bookshelf With Phil
This weeks fantastic book review is The Bat Book by Charlotte Milner. Phil says – ‘Much like many of you, my holidays are now over and I’m back in the office! Thank you to everyone who suggested a book to read in the #tpetbookclub whilst I was away – I can’t wait to explore some of them. I love Autumn and this weeks book choice is perfect for the spooky month ahead (plus we have themed resources coming soon!).
The Bat Book by Charlotte Milner is an engaging and informative non-fiction book packed full of fascinating facts about this diverse group of flying mammals. It has incredible illustrations and will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about bats. If you want to know your bumblebee bat from your spectacled flying fox or the wide range of habitats that they inhabit, this is the book for you. A great book for any classroom that is unputdownable for even your most reluctant readers.’
Another extremely positive review by Phil, we’re certainly dropping on with these amazing books. And remember, if you have a suggestion for Phil and the #tpetbookclub then make sure to drop a comment below, or get in touch on our social media channels. You never know, we might pick your suggestion next!
