Bats Light Source Craft

A lovely craft to give to children to complete either at home or in the classroom – all you need is a torch, string, tape and a straw/stick.

Children can cut out the bat provided and then follow the instructions to make their own moving bat light.

This resource would also be fantastic to use in KS1 when exploring light and shadows!

These resources would be perfect to use during Bat Week – an annual event that happens at the end of October. Bat Week is all about improving the reputation surrounding bats and educating the world on their importance within the natural world.
