If you’re looking for Zones of Regulation activities, Regulation Road offers a complete emotional regulation programme designed for EYFS and KS1.

Across six structured Pit Stops, children develop the vocabulary, awareness and confidence to recognise emotions, notice body clues, identify triggers and explore practical self-regulation strategies. Rather than encouraging children to remain in one emotional zone, the programme teaches that every feeling is valid and helps them decide when support or a strategy may be helpful.

Zones of Regulation activities often aim to build a shared language around emotions, and Regulation Road extends this through engaging lessons, intervention resources and parent support that promote consistent approaches at school and home. Ideal for targeted interventions, nurture groups, SEND provision and classroom wellbeing, the programme helps children build emotional resilience, independence and confidence over time.
