Christmas Linking Cubes Tuff Tray Pack

Bring hands-on maths, fine motor development and festive creativity to your early years setting with the Christmas Linking Cubes Tuff Tray Pack.
Perfect for continuous provision or small-group challenges, this inviting activity encourages children to build a variety of Christmas-themed pictures using linking cubes while practising counting, colour recognition and problem-solving.

The pack includes:

  • A challenge prompt: “Can you build the Christmas pictures using the linking cubes?”
  • A question card asking, “How many of each coloured cube did you use?”
  • Colour keyword cards featuring colours such as red, yellow, pink, green, purple, orange, blue, brown, black and white
  • Cube picture cards for children to recreate festive images including a candy cane, snowman, reindeer, present, Santa, wreath, Christmas tree, stocking, Santa hat and bauble
  • Photo cards showing real-life versions of each Christmas object to support visual connections and vocabulary building

These picture cards offer clear colour-coded designs, allowing children to independently count and match cubes to recreate the image.
