KS2 What’s On My Mind Today? Cards

Can the child draw a picture or write a few words to show what is on their mind today?

An opportunity for children to share their thoughts and feelings, especially since returning to school since lockdown, as a way to reconnect with their teacher and friends and spot shared worries or other feelings. A great way to highlight the fact that children are not alone in the way they are feeling and what they have experienced.

This could lead to a discussion about how they are feeling and any worries or concerns that they might have after returning to school and dealing with all the changes.

Designed as part of our wellbeing and mental health scheme to support teachers, parents, and children, as schools reopen after the Covid19 Lockdown.

Perfect for children in key stage 2 (aged 7-11 years).
