Wellbeing Wednesday Autumn Week 6  Mindful Colouring

Min and Mei the Magpie Mates are here to teach children about sharing and the importance of empathy for good mental health and wellbeing.

Our week 6 mindful colouring pages are a lovely independent wellbeing activity to complete after reading the story together and/or watching the animation and completing the task card. The page has a positive quote reminder that the children could add to a display or their own wellbeing journal.

NEW for this term: choose either our early years and key stage 1 or key stage 2 mindful colourful activity before downloading.
