Mindful Minibeasts Bee Wellbeing KS1 Resource Pack

Come and meet Benny, the greedy bee, as he discovers that thinking of others and spreading kindness can bring you a lot of happiness. Benny is part of the Mindful Minibeasts series, created to support children’s wellbeing and mental health.

This Key Stage One resource pack helps support children as they discuss the importance of spreading joy and kindness, emphasising how small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
Children will also explore the concept of selfishness and greed, discussing how it can prevent us from spreading joy to others.

    • We are back with a brand new wellbeing series, the Mindful Minibeasts.
    Mindful Minibeasts is part of our Wellbeing Wednesday mental health scheme and gives you the resources and ideas you need to teach about wellbeing on a weekly basis, giving children hands on tools they can use as they grow, to support their own mental health.

    Each week, the children will meet a new minibeast, and listen as the characters learn a new skill to support their wellbeing. The weekly story and story questions will allow the children to reflect on what it teaches us and how we can apply these lessons to our own lives.

This is regardless of how many teachers or users are actually 'delivering' the content. Any content intended for use in a whole school or multiple class setting must be supported by a whole school membership.

    NOTE: Access to solo memberships (and any resources or other benefits offered by a membership) is restricted to the person whose name is registered on the account (the name provided at sign up) ONLY - the account and the membership belongs to the named person, it cannot be shared with any other person. Content downloaded using a membership is for the use of the person named on the account only. Resources cannot be downloaded and given via any means to anybody else.
